Choosy Chat allows users to submit queries to be run against multiple large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet, and Google Gemini. The Service includes a proprietary critic model that evaluates the outputs and determines the best one to use. The Service offers a free tier and various subscription tiers with different levels of usage.

Choosy Chat is operated by Gabor Cselle, a sole proprietor, located at 380 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94107.
4. Changes to Terms
Choosy Chat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at https://choosy.chat and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
5. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Billing for subscription plans is managed through Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable.

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choosy Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
